Daisuke is a very important character to me. I really like his character and role
in the story, but it's more about his impact on my life. The timeline is a bit fuzzy,
but I started getting into Mouthwashing as I was questioning my gender. I started
identifying as genderfluid a bit before I started watching a playthrough. When I
finished, I really liked Mouthwashing and latched onto Daisuke. Like, I REALLY liked
him. I started playing Ponytown as him and interacting with the Mouthwashing community
there. When I was playing as him, it was kind of like I was seen as him. I was called Daisuke,
and more importantly, seen as a boy. It kind of led me to realize that I liked being seen as and
identifying as a boy way better than as a girl. And now I'm a trans dude lol
